Since each urn is unique, I will send you a video of the exact one I plan to ship. If it doesn’t suit you, I will issue an immediate refund—no hassle at all.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for the costs within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the item.

You are also welcome to make an appointment at the workshop to choose your urn or order a personalized one.
Please note that the workshop will be closed from January 5 to February 5. However, I will remain available to answer your questions.
